Medellin and Cartagena 6 Days / 5 Nights

DAY 1 – ORIGIN / MEDELLÍN: Arrival in Medellín, a city known as the city of eternal spring. Transfer from the airport to the hotel where you will stay. Accommodation. Duration: approx. 1 hour.

Note: For arrival transfers, the night schedule applies to flights between 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Transfers are contemplated during the day; if they are at night, a quote must be made.

DAY 2 - MEDELLÍN (City Tour): At the agreed time, meet one of our representatives in the hotel lobby to begin a wonderful panoramic tour of the city of Medellín. We will begin in the prestigious Poblado sector, the financial, hotel and commercial center of the city. We will visit Cerro Nutibara, on top of which there is a replica of a typical Antioquian town; continuing with our panoramic tour we will appreciate the Botanical Garden, Parque Explora, Parque de los Deseos, Parque de los Pies Descalzos, the Metropolitan Cathedral and finally we will arrive at Plaza Botero where we will find 23 of the exotic outdoor bronze sculptures donated by the Colombian master Fernando

Botero. During the tour you will also have a ride on the massive public transportation system Metro de Medellín, which is a model of mobility in Latin America. At the end of the tour, return to the hotel.

Includes: Specialized transportation, tour guide, visit to the Paisa village, tour of Plaza Botero and a ride on the metro and the cable car.

Duration: Approximately 4 hours.

Operation: The regular tour operates every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, except on January 1, May 1 and December 25.

DAY 3 – MEDELLÍN / CARTAGENA DE INDIAS: Breakfast. At the indicated time, transfer from the hotel to the Medellín airport to take a flight to “la heroica” (airfare not included). Arrival in Cartagena, also known as the stone corralito, reception and transfer from the Rafael Núñez Airport in Cartagena to the chosen hotel. Check-in and accommodation.

Note: For departure transfers, night transfers apply between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. And for arrival transfers to Cartagena, they apply for flights between 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Rates are for daytime transfers; if they are night transfers, a supplement applies (consult your advisor).

DAY 4 - CARTAGENA (City Tour with San Felipe Castle): At the agreed time, meet one of our representatives in the hotel lobby to begin a wonderful tour of this Museum City whose streets and surroundings show the charm of its architecture that mixes colonial, republican and modern elements. During the tour you will pass through the modern area of ​​Bocagrande, continuing through the Manga neighborhood, where the contrast between the republican architecture and its modern buildings will surprise you. Then, you will visit the emblematic San Felipe de Barajas Castle, built in 1657, and of course, you must take a short walk through the historic center of the city, which in 1984, together with San Felipe Castle and the set of fortifications, were included by UNESCO on the list of World Heritage Sites. To finish the tour and before returning to your hotel, taking advantage of your stay in the country that produces the highest quality emeralds in the world, you will visit the Emerald Museum, where you will learn about the evolution of the rarest, most valuable and, at the same time, the most exclusive mineral in the world.

DAY 5 - CARTAGENA (Beach Day): Breakfast.

Leaving the Bodeguita Pier on a speedboat

to the included island, there you can enjoy

coral beaches and a variety of reef fauna,

ideal for resting or taking an optional activity

such as diving, snorkeling, hiking, among

others. Below, you can find the details of

each island:

San Pedro de Majagua: located on Isla Grande

45km from the city of Cartagena, it is part of the

31 islands that make up the Rosario National Natural Park; after an hour of

traveling on a speedboat you will arrive at this magical place of

rest and relaxation that offers two accesses to the

sea, one a little quieter and quieter than the other according to your

preference; while there you can take optional activities such as

relaxing massages, hiking, mangrove tours, visiting the Aquarium, diving, snorkeling,

among others. Includes: Transfer from hotel to dock to hotel, transportation in a

shared boat (not exclusive), welcome cocktail, lunch (starter, main course,

non-alcoholic drink and dessert) and dock tax.

Does not include: optional activities, consumption not

mentioned.

Operation: Every day except January 1st

Notes: Passengers must arrive at the

Bodeguita dock at 08:30 hrs at gate # 3 at the latest to

carry out the boarding check-in protocol. The usual return from the Island to Cartagena

is at 15:00 Hrs (depending on weather

conditions, departure may vary from approximately 14:30

p.m.).

Restrictions: Excursion not suitable for pregnant women or people with spinal

problems or surgeries due to the boat's movements. Access to the boats is not allowed for intoxicated

people or pets.

Isla del Encanto: In the Islas del Rosario National Park, located approximately 45 minutes by

boat from Cartagena, you can enjoy the beach and the social spaces for Day Tour visitors, which have chairs,

loungers and sunbathing; of course you can

do optional activities if you wish or

simply enjoy the Colombian Caribbean Sea in

this area. During the day trip you will enjoy a

typical semi-buffet lunch served with options of

fish, chicken and meat. Includes: Shared boat transportation

Cartagena- Isla del Encanto –Cartagena (not

Exclusive), Barbecue Buffet lunch served
